Vintage, Made To Order Styles with custom tailoring & Outlet products are final sale.

As a small business offering small batch production, returns for refunds cannot be accommodated at this time. Our policy is for exchange or store credit only.

Return shipping and re-shipment is not covered by Bohème and is the customers responsibility. A shipping label can be created and emailed to you however this amount (ranging between $15-$25 CAD) will be invoiced prior to sending the shipping label along with the shipping for the exchanged item. Please note that for customers outside North America , the return shipping rates are higher and can reach an upwards of $100 CAD.

 

In the event a package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address at the fault of the carrier, the order can only be replaced or refunded if ROUTE protection coverage is purchased at checkout. Once it ships out, Bohème is no longer liable for the product not being received.
