Exchange / Return for Store Credit Policy :
As a small business offering small batch production, returns for refunds cannot be accommodated at this time. Our policy is for store credit only.
Vintage, Made To Order Styles (with custom tailoring )& Outlet items are final sale.
Return shipping is not covered by Bohème and is the customers responsibility. A shipping label can be created and emailed to you however this amount (ranging between $15-$25 CAD) will be invoiced prior to sending the shipping label along with the shipping for the exchanged item. Please note that for customers outside North America , the return shipping rates are higher and can reach an upwards of $100 CAD.
Original shipping fees are not refunded.
EU / EEA Customers
EEA customers have the right to return eligible items (all styles with the exception of made to order styles) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
